Fourth Floor Studio
by appointment only

Marlin was educated at the Pennsylvania School of Art and Design in Marietta, Pa and has worked as an Artist and Architectural Illustrator for over twenty years.

His work has been exhibited at the Demuth Foundation, Red Raven Art Gallery, Lancaster Museum of Art and at Art on the Farm. His work is about the process. A process full of both spontaneous emotion and calculated precision; whether through repetition, manipulation, or the combination of disparate themes, what emerges is the result. For the artist, getting there is more than half the fun…its all the fun. When people look at his work , Marlin wants the viewer to see a record of his process, the act of creating, not just the final product.

Marlin lives and works in Lancaster City. He paints in a small second floor studio in his home and in a fourth floor studio in the former Keppel Candy factory building located on the 300 block of North Queen St. in Lancaster.
